REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At shrèx, every product goes through a strict quality check before being shipped to ensure you receive exactly what you expect. We currently accept returns or exchanges only in the rare case that the product delivered is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if an incorrect item has been sent from our end. To be eligible, customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or an unboxing video for verification. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or fit issues, change of mind, or minor color variations that may occur due to lighting and screen differences. Products purchased during sales or limited drops are also not eligible for return. Once a request is approved, we will primarily offer a replacement, and in cases where a replacement is not available, a store credit or refund may be provided. Any applicable refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
We aim to maintain high quality standards, and such issues are uncommon. Our goal is to provide a smooth and reliable experience with every order.
